Since our establishment, we've prioritized research and innovation. Over the years, our original brand, CONPEX, has earned industry recognition and the trust of a broad user base for its exceptional quality, resulting in positive market impact. However, with CONPEX's ongoing growth, we've identified numerous instances of unlawful imitation and counterfeiting of CONPEX products and brand.

On January 3, 2024, our company uncovered unauthorized imitation and counterfeiting of the CONPEX M8 Pro series LED car headlights by a fellow company in the market. Law enforcement agencies conducted thorough investigations into the counterfeit products, confiscating 166 large cartons containing 6,656 empty finished product boxes and 439 completed products. Nearly 10,000 semi-finished products bearing the CONPEX logo ready for printing were also discovered at the scene, involving a total amount of over one million yuan.

This severe infringement, potentially a criminal act, has left us deeply shocked. It not only violates CONPEX's intellectual property rights but also harms the legitimate interests of end consumers, erodes customer trust, and significantly impacts the overall health of the industry. Currently, law enforcement authorities are diligently investigating the case, tracing criminal clues related to individuals and entities involved in the infringement.

CONPEX has always considered product innovation, quality, and customer value as fundamental to the company's survival. Faced with any infringement of intellectual property and unfair competition, CONPEX consistently takes a strong stance, resolutely purging the market and firmly combating all illegal activities that infringe on the CONPEX brand, showing zero tolerance!
